A2/A2 Jersey cow milk and A2/A2 /Nubian/Alpine goat milk is $3.00 a quart, $5.00 a 1/2 gallon and $8 a gallon sold in wide mouth glass canning jars and/or plastic jugs. Bring wide mouth canning jars to trade or be prepared to make a small deposit for them. The cream is left on the top of the milk, so you can make butter yourself. Do not ask. Artisan Acres is a small, family-owned regenerative farm, owned by Amish living simply on the land. They bring their beyond-organic foods directly into multiple neighborhoods in the DFW area.

We are a family microdairy selling milk, cream, butter, cottage cheese, yogurt etc. We have A2 Guernsey cows mostly pastured, supplemented with a little sweet feed during milking.

We offer raw goat milk along with goat milk products such as goat milk soap, baked goods made from whey such as breads, rolls, cakes, and pies made to order, we sell leftover whey from cheesemaking, and also offer small wood and welding projects.

Our cows are completely grass fed and supplemented with organic hay and non GMO alfalfa pellets. Completely grain free! Cleanliness is very important to us a we use our milk to make cheese as well (just for our family, not to sell). I do my best to be as accommodating as possible with pickup and have the freshest milk available to our customers. Our regulars get first access to our supply each week and then any left over is available to others.

Here at Promise Land we have delicious raw A2/A2 cream-topped milk from Brown Swiss cows that graze daily on a bermuda/crabgrass mixed pasture, with a dairy feed blend, non-GMO Chaffhaye, organic aflalfa pellets, and sunflower seeds at milking. The farm also offers kombucha starters, and kefir grains, cream, cheeses, raw yogurt, sour cream etc.
